Aynsley began her training with Pasha Kambalov, Lev Assouliak, and Victor Plotnikov in her hometown of Wilmington, Delaware. At 13 she moved to Washington, D.C., to continue her training at the Kirov Academy of Ballet. She trained with Angelina Armeiskaya, Jacqueline Akhmedova, Ludmila Markovina, Vladimir Djouloukhadze, and Anatoli Kucheruk. She was coached in New York City by Valentina Kozlova former Bolshoi Principal dancer.
Aynsley's coaching draws upon her time as a member of the Universal Ballet Company in Seoul, S. Korea. She toured with the company to cities including Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul, Busan, Yeosul, Muscat, Johannesburg, Moscow, Vancouver, and San Francisco. Aynsley danced with the Tulsa Ballet Company performing in Ben Stevenson’s Dracula, the Nutcracker and Phlegmatic in George Balanchine’s Four Temperaments.
1st Place YAGP Senior Classical and 1st Place YAGP Senior Contemporary Philadelphia Semi-final, Bronze Medal Seoul International Dance Competition, 2010 Jackson International Competition, Pointe magazine’s Editor’s Choice Award, Silver and Bronze at VKIBC, Ye Cheon Miji Award, Bronze at USA Russian Pointe Competition, recipient of the Ballet Merit Award from National Foundation for the Advancement in the Arts 2005.
